Legro is a great professor! He really knows what he's talking about and manages to lay all of the arguments out so that they are easy to remember. He makes the class into a discussion which I love; it breaks up his lectures and there's no need for an actual discussion section. You get to feel pretty comfortable with your group members which makes class a lot more fun.
This class was really good. Legro is a great professor and can make the material interesting. Having a small discussion group made the class better as well. This class can be difficult, but I don't think it is as hard as Legro makes it seem to be. Just make sure you do your theory journal every class and stay on top of the work.
Prof. Legro has done an excellent job keeping political theory interesting. This class is easy to do well in if you keep up with the short readings assigned each week. The lectures themselves have debates, simulations, and q&a sessions built in. Legro can be funny/sarcastic, and gives an entertaining lecture. The class is split up into small groups so you also get to work on stuff with classmates fairly frequently.
