Acting 1 was definitely an experience. If you're not a drama major/minor and are looking for a fun engaging class or maybe trying to up your public speaking skills or maybe you just want to try something out of your comfort zone, take Acting 1. In the beginning you literally just play different games. It's like elementary school again. It's great. Then you do a series of different acting and visualization exercises before getting into actual plays. Some of the acting can get kinda awkward, but it definitely is something to experience. There are 3 easy reading quizzes based on the "textbook / book". Since this is a drama class you are required to go to 2 performances shown during that semester and write a short report on it.
