Extremely easy class and also pretty interesting. He doesn't assign any homework. All you have to do is show up to class and take notes, and show up to discussion and make a few comments. 4 exams and 1 final, all non-cumulative. Readings are unnecessary.

4 midterms and a non-cumulative final. All multiple choice and all based on the lectures. If you go to class and take good notes, it's as close to an automatic A as you can get.

This class was bs. Trickery on the tests. meh. College is a place to learn and better yourselves, not to be used as a means to a paycheck. Felt like a theater. Subject matter was interesting, the presentation of said information on a test was questionable. Cheeesyy

Very easy class; all information on exams was stated during lecture (aka you dont have to read). 3 midterms and a final are the only grades in the class. TA was not the best; try to get another if you can.

Easy course. Didn't buy any of the books and did none of the reading and just went to lecture and got a B+. Studied hours before the test and got A's and B's. Easy 2000 level class if you're looking for a GPA booster. The topic was also very very interesting and I learned a great deal from the course. The professor is unique and is an excellent lecturer. Well worth the course material and the class wasn't even rigorous.

This class is an easy A ONLY if people pay attention and take notes. Honestly, the only thing necessary in this class is to attend lecture, pay attention during lecture, and take notes. His exams are SUPER easy if you look over the notes at least a day before the exam. I went to 2 discussion classes, got a failing grade for it, and got an A in the class because of the easy exams. McConnell is hilarious, interesting, and really easy to take notes for. Like every other class, you WON'T get an A if you sleep through everything. That being said, criminology is one of the easier ones. Just take the god damn notes!

heard it was an easy A but cant make higher than a B+, probably due to his exams being only 25 questions long

McConnell is a unique guy, and I thought his lectures were good. The tests are super easy, and on top of that criminology is an interesting subject.
