This class sucks. Why are we paying tens of thousands of dollars to be taught by people who are learning to teach? My instructor was knowledgeable about Calculus but was a terrible teacher. Literally every class he said "I don't know" every time when illustrating examples or when he lost his train of thought. DO NOT take this course with Aron Daw by all means.

This is a challenging course, especially if you haven't taken calc before. However Ala is awesome and you will love that you took his class. Just make sure to go to class and ask questions. The most important thing is to work out the practice tests until you pretty much have them memorized

Ala was one of the best math teachers I've ever had. He's super funny and knowledgeable and does his best to prepare you for exams. Homework was all online which could be frustrating but Ala was always flexible and reasonable with deadlines. I definitely recommend taking this class with him.

Professor Abdelbaki is extremely nice and a very considerate and effective teacher. He prepared us well for the exams, and he also has a great sense of humor. Likes to relate the history of calculus to math, which made explanations interesting. Really the best math teacher that I have ever had.
