REAL is just a class that everyone has to get through. The hour and half can feel like forever, especially after patho and pharm, but at least the readings and what we talk about in class is interesting. You definitely need to do the readings as participation is a part of your grade. I loved Ashley Hurst and it was refreshing to have a non-nurse as a professor for once. Her perspective is different and really makes you think deeper about things. She is a tough grader :/ but gives opportunities to boost your grade.
