This class is great for people who like to read French works and Mme Lyu is very passionate about the subject. It is a very writing intensive course (work due every class period, essay style tests, and several other writings throughout the semester) but it is definitely manageable and helps understand the readings, which can be confusing (mostly due to vocab). I would definitely recommend this class to someone who has good writing skills and wants to be challenged a bit.
