Leadership in Public Health
Course Description
Focus on leadership principles, adaptive leadership tools, enhanced communication strategies, multi-sector collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation. Develop skills through case-based leadership experiences and self-assessment tools. Training in communication science to inform, persuade, and counter misinformation in an entrepreneurial leadership approach that includes resilience, innovation, community engagement, and systems strengthening.
