Health Informatics for Quality and Safety
Course Description
This course will provide an overview of the intersection between health informatics and healthcare quality and safety. We will review advancements and opportunities in both the measurement of quality and safety as well as the development and implementation of informatics-based interventions. Much of the course will focus on topics like electronic health records, clinical decision support, and tools to support population health.
