Course Description
This seminar examines the legal regimes that regulate interests in cultural property. Topics include the repatriation of antiquities, the rights of artists to control or profit from their works, and the enforcement of limitations on access to documents of significant public interest. The seminar also examines the property rights of indigenous peoples in cultural artifacts and traditional knowledge.Â
