Course Description

Includes sampling processes and theorems, z-transforms, modified transforms, transfer functions, and stability criteria; analysis in frequency and time domains; discrete state models of systems containing digital computers; and advanced discrete-time control techniques. Some in-class experiments using small computers to control dynamic processes. Cross-listed as MAE 7680.
