Prerequisites

CHIN 1010 or equivalent background (as demonstrated in the department's placement test)

The second in a two-semester introduction to modern Chinese. All four basic skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) are equally stressed. Course is not intended for native or near-native speakers of Chinese.
