Professor Betzer was one of least helpful professors I have had at UVA. ARTH 3591 was the only course she taught this semester and she was still unable to give back more than 1 grade the entire semester. Even the final paper which was a large portion of the final grade was never graded and feedback was never given. Based on the lack of grades I feel that Professor Betzer arbitrarily assigned final grades based on her personal opinion of each student. If you don't want to spend your time sucking up to a professor who is clearly very biased, look for a different class.
