I liked Fr. Fogarty a lot, but his lectures were inconsistent and often confusing. It seemed like he expected us to have a lot of background knowledge on the subjects we discussed. This class ended up being much more history-based than I expected. That being said, I didn't do a fair amount of the reading and still did well in the class. The final can boost your grade greatly if you do well.
