This course is required for most Engineering majors which is why I took it. This class is not my favorite but Morris made it better! You will have homework outside of class, Also the tests are created by Pisano so that took a little getting used to but you'll be fine because Morris prepares you for it. Morris is the best math professor I have had at UVa so far. If you don't understand it she will take her time to explain it you. She is also very personable and so sweet! If you have to take a math course that has her as the option for professor, do not hesitate. It's no wonder her classes fill up so fast!

Morris is arguably the best teacher in the APMA department. Super personable and dedicated and seems to really want to her students to do well. I really enjoyed this class day to day, however the tests are all written by Pisano and not by Morris, which sometimes left my class feeling unprepared as the style and difficulty were different than what we had practiced. This class is required for most e-school majors though so if you do have to take it, Morris is definitely the way to go #‎tcf2016‬
