Great professor. Very organized and is consistent with his grades. Lectures can get a little boring but he tries to make it as accessible as possible.

I really struggled in this course, but Professor Fulgham was really encouraging and met with me a lot outside of class. His lecture notes are extremely clear, but the best way to study for the exams is to do practice problems. Fulgham told me that probability just clicks for some people (and they find it extremely easy), but some people never fully understand it no matter how much effort is put into the subject. If you fall into the second category and show effort and improvement throughout the semester, Fulgham will make sure you pass the course.

This class is difficult and doesn't have a very good textbook, but if you have to take it, take it with Fulgham. He's a fantastic professor from an administrative standpoint -- you'll have lots of old tests available to use, digital versions of lectures posted on Collab the day before the lecture, quiz/test solutions posted right after they're administered, etc. Fulgham can be tough and he rubs some people the wrong way, but he knows his stuff and he's very fair.

Fulgham is a great instructor. He wrote clear lecture notes. However the course material itself is very confusing, many notations. And the textbook is the WORSET text book ever!! Example 7 refers to Example 5, which refers to Example 2, which refers to Example 1, which is something from the previous charters...

This is course is weird no matter what professor you have. Just be careful when setting up your integrals. This is mainly a formula-using class. You need to know what all the formulas mean and when to use them. The class is the same, no matter what professor you get. Everyone takes the same midterms and finals. Everyone does the same homework... So... the only difference is each professor makes up their own weekly quizzes. Other than that, the course is exactly the same.
