Great overview of various topics! Be prepared for lots of derivations. The instructor has a very dry sense of humor and is easy to follow. He writes his own notes and code examples, and his visualizations are very helpful. The assignments are straightforward, but can be challenging and take a ton of time to complete if you are thorough about it. The final exam takes forever to complete. Plan accordingly. There are some in-class activities as well which are graded and feel like pop-quizzes. If you are not already familiar with the material, there's a non-zero chance you will completely fail them, so read preemptively. Make extensive use of his notes; they cover almost everything he does in-class. The instructor also only had 1 office hour per week, so make good use of post-class time to talk with him if you're confused about something. There were donuts at the final class day, so that's cool.
