Took this course with Farzad Shafiei. Overall, the course was not that bad, but I felt the transition to online due to the pandemic made it a bit harder to keep up. Make sure to keep up with the webworks and groupworks, as those will help you best prepare for tests and quizzes. I'd recommend trying to take this class with another professor, as Farzad's accent made it hard to understand him sometimes while his hard-to-read handwriting also made it difficult to learn while he was writing stuff on the board.
