Professor Maybee is a good Professor and teacher. His class is very organized and he does a good job of delivering content. This class is by no means easy but it is worthwhile and reasonable if you put the work in.

Mr. Maybee is a great professor. You have about 4 homework problems due each Friday and a 5 question quiz each Friday. His quizzes and tests are very fair though. He only includes the important topics instead of putting on trick questions. Also, take condensed notes like he recommends! It helps a great deal. Overall, a pretty good class and a great professor.

Maybee is probably the coolest old man ever. He starts the class with these little brainteasers, which are pretty fun (if you have the eyesight to see them). His material is covered succinctly in the lesson and in his notes. No textbook required (except for some homework). He also cracks many little jokes and trolls his students. Very cool guy.

Maybee is dedicated to ensuring his students understand the material. He is also very organized. This is a very difficult class and I would not take it if you are not required/extremely adept at calculus.

Maybee is an excellent teacher. He is always willing to help in office hours. Lectures are cut and dry, very straightforward. Advocates the use of "Condensed Notes" which really help. He's a very fair and nice guy. Makes Calc 3 just a little bit easier.

Almost the entire class involves 3D figures. If you can visualize 3D shapes, you'll do fine in this class. HW and quizzes are important! I would work out all of the suggested problems listed in the syllabus because they prepare you well for both the quizzes and the exams.

John Maybee is an excellent professor. He is very organized and if you study his notes from class and listen to every word he says in class, you will be set. He tells you exactly what you should know and know well for his tests. The tests are straightforward. Do your work and you will get a good grade. Overall easier class than APMA1110.
