Beck is an incredible professor. Her only flaw is that she doesn't put the notes online, but she does a very good job of explaining each section in class. The unfortunate part of this class is that the material for Calc II is simply really challenging, and so the grades are pretty low. But as far as which professor to take, I definitely recommend Beck. No mandatory homework though, so be prepared to motivate yourself (I didn't and I barely managed a C+).

I've always been bad at math of any sort but her way of teaching plus her great personality made me like math. Very organized and really cares about her students (not to mention memorizing every student's first and last names!). Always do your homework a week ahead and so you'd have more time to review for the weekly quizzes. I ended up with an A, enough said.
She gets the job done if you cooperate.
Mary beck does a great job of making this class enjoyable and engaging, especially in the morning
Very clear in class, but the tests are very hard. Make sure you are comfortable with worst-case scenario problems before the tests. Weekly quizzes are also tricky.
Mary Beck is very accessible during office hours and will help you along the way. This class is light in homework but needs personal effort instead. Very difficult.
Mary Beck is so energetic and funny! She takes the time to learn everyone’s names. Calc II, in general, is just an overall hard class, not because of the material but because they make it harder than it is. There is WebWork for every chapter and 3 midterms and a final. Definitely recommend going to her office hours or the TA’s. If you have credit for this class/place out, do not take the class! Otherwise, take Calc II with Mary Beck.
Professor Beck is alot of fun and very helpful if you go to office hours.
Mary Beck is a good teacher. She sometimes goes a little slow over the concepts that could be sped over and quickly over the more difficult ones but that is not too much of an issue. Her examples however do not really match up with the difficulty of the quizzes and tests which can be a bit frustrating.
Greatest. Teacher. Ever.
