The weekly quizzes are helpful, but be sure you prepare. Guadagni, while he knows what he's doing, is seemingly unprepared for class and his teaching style can lead to some problems for people. If you're confused, the book and TAs can be helpful.

Guadagni rarely prepares for class ahead of time, which leads to him making mistakes constantly when he does example problems. However, he does respond quickly to input on Collab and he will try to help you if you go to him. His quizzes and tests often consist of problems that are harder than those found in the book, or are the hardest problems in the book. He started giving a quiz a week around halfway through the semester, which was annoying at the time because it lowers your grade most of the time, however it really helps you retain information and makes preparing for tests easier.
A very good instructor, also not so difficult stuff.
Hard but enjoyable class. Gianluca is a good teacher who makes class awkwardly enjoyable
If you are willing to put in the effort, this class is not too much trouble.
This is a fun class, if only because of the professor's antics. He probably isn't the best teacher if you haven't covered the material before, but he explains things well if you ask him. He does make mistakes that may hurt people.
Funny guy. He has his moments, especially since he is a foreigner. He's overall nice, but he does not teach the easiest methods. Other teachers seem more knowledgeable in teaching since they teach you tricks and things to help you on the exam. Last resort professor
Not a personable man. Tests were very hard and he cannot explain things clearly.
Worst teacher I have ever had. He messes up all the time when doing example problems, it's really quite sad. Anyways, if you work hard and learn all the tricks you can do well in the class, just learn how to do all of the hardest problems in the book and you'll do fine.
I took a more thorough version of Calc II in high school and understood it well enough then. This class has lowered my understanding of calculus significantly. Guadagni's mathematical knowledge seems patchy - at one point during lecture he had to think about what pi was, and eventually concluded "Well, it's 3 if you follow the Bible." The grading policy is ridiculous - expect to get more points off than a question is worth at times. This class and the promise of more like it are my primary reasons for switching out of E-school.
