She's the TA for HIEU 2559 Witches and Werewolves. She's a very nice person, but she is also a really harsh grader. She expects graduate-type of work on the essays, so don't take this class if you're only trying to fulfill your history requirement.. Take an easier history class because if you're not a history major. It's frustrating because you have to get in the mindset of the early modern Europeans in the 1400's-1600's, but there isn't a correct/universal mindset that represents the general population. So when you have evidence and analysis to back up your point of view, Rachel can just shut you down saying no you're wrong and emphasizes her perspective of what early modern Europeans would think.. but in class, you learn that no one is sure of what they're thinking.. so it's very subjective.
