McGrady is a actually a very good professor. She knows the material well and the readings are pretty interesting (though there's a ton of reading). Class consists of a daily participation grade, several essays, and a big presentation. For the presentation, make sure you see her a week before to talk it over or she'll lower your grade out of spite for "not seeking out her input." In all honesty though it's a solid class with interesting readings/films. Not an easy A but not impossible.
