Great class and great professor, but you have to be willing to go to class and do most of the readings if you want a good grade. He's very interesting and engaging and I enjoyed the material even though I knew practically nothing about ARTH before this class

Fordham is a fantastic professor in the art history department. He is genuinely interested in his subject of British and European art and his lectures are so easy to follow. He understands that some people taking his class have never had an art history course -- so those people will be able to understand. But for art history majors its still an enjoyable class too and you learn a lot. Art history is a lot of memorization in general for midterms for slide IDs but no more in this class than any other class. Take if you have the chance!

Fordham's classes are very accessible to non-majors.

I loved this class. This was my second time taking a course with Fordham. He is well-prepared and very organized.
