Professor Tai is the absolute best!! His class is so engaging. You never know what is going to happen when you walk into his class. I would recommend this class to anyone and everyone.

This class is very easy. There are quizzes every week which at first may deter you from taking it, but wait: the quizzes are 10 questions and are SO basic. They are basically elementary school level questions that go over what was discussed in the last 2 classes. Example of questions are things like "Hurricanes are categorized based on what?" and "Give an example of camouflage." And all this information is clearly discussed in the previous 2 classes. He also drops the lowest 2 quizzes. The final was 40 questions and take home and you could use any resource you want, except each other. The TAs were also realy cool. You do cool science experiments that are so simple.

This class is great. I always talk about it to my non-Curry friends. You do science experiments every week such as making ice cream, gloop, etc. You learn how to run the experiments in your classroom. You also are responsible for technical knowledge, or you can opt out of these weekly quizzes by finding instructions for a demonstration. Final is open book. Great class. Highly enjoyed.
