(The 2120 class with Stepanic was actually titled Russian Folklore when I took it). Super fun and easy! We walked through a bunch of types of folklore with Russian examples. Grading based mostly on online textbook questions and in-class participation. 2 short papers (3-5 pages) where you use the folklore tools to learn about your own cultural background, which is actually really fun. No tests. Very easy, low-stress, don't worry about your grade for a second. Stepanic is HILARIOUS and really fun to take a class with. #tCFspring2021
