Professor Kovacs is a wonderful lady and extremely knowledgeable about the book of Revelation. Her lectures can be dry and hard to pay attention to, but luckily she has a very exciting subject to work with. If you take this class you will get to know the book of Revelation backwards and forwards, inside and out. Kovacs really appreciates students who contribute to class discussions, even if it is only once in a while, and she makes a real effort to get to know her students. The exegesis paper at the beginning of the semester is kind of tedious, but it is definitely doable and pretty easy to get a good grade on. The same goes for the group report at the end of the semester. All of the questions for the midterm and final come from the study guide, so if you know that well you are set! Overall this was a good class, and one of the few classes I have had in which the reading is actually fascinating!
