As a fourth year in planning, I was starting to feel like the classes were getting repetitive, but this class made me think about so many things differently. Luke Juday is a professional planner, so that also helps to give a different perspective from other professors who might be more focused on theory. There's a weekly quiz on the reading (I did most of the readings bc they were interesting, but you could probably skim and do ok if you really want to). Other than that, there isn't a ton of outside work. Would definitely recommend!
