The lectures are pretty dry, but the class is an easy A. As long as you can code in MATLAB a little (don't have to be an expert), the TA will help you! More MATLAB experience is definitely helpful.

An incredibly in depth learning experience. The labs, while demanding, are very well structured and provide strong insight into the basic principles of computational neuroscience and network modeling.

An incredible amount of work with minimal returns, disorganized lectures and lab specs. Your grade will likely be decent (an A or B) in the end, though.

this class is ALL computer programming and absolutely miserable. the assignments make NO sense and the professor thinks 5th graders should be able to do the work that engineers can't do
