Chang is the replacement professor for Ann Reimers for this course. I did this course virtual during Spring 2021 semester and it was very difficult. Lectures are effectively useless and only 20-30% of the class every showed up for them. The textbook is decent but the homework and the tests are hard. Aim just to pass and move on.
