The course consisted of two response papers, a presentation, and a final paper that was supposed to be our "plan" for a thesis. He cancelled the second of the two papers which was awesome but it also meant that everyone just stopped doing the reading. Professor Smith was extremely hot and cold, and on his cold days he was pretty unpredictable.
