Professor Diehl is so nice, he is so passionate about what he is teaching and it really draws you in. Doing the readings helped a lot with my grade, so if you hate reading, this class may not be for you. The topics are really interesting and if you are even slightly interested in East Asian history, I would definitely recommend!!

Professor Diehl is hands down the nicest professor you'll ever have. He is so passionate about his job and what he is teaching, not to mention he knows a lot! Would 10/10 Recommend his class.
