Ballinger is fantastic! The lectures might be a little slow in the beginning, but give it time and he does his best to make it fun for everyone. He also motivates everyone to try to do better by offering drinks and dinners with him and other prizes, which are also a lot of fun. There are no exams, just a few projects that aren't too terribly difficult. Would definitely recommend taking this class with Ballinger.

Professor Ballinger always tries to make classes fun and engaging. We often played team-building and leadership exercises involving legos, coins, and building blocks. He also incorporates television shows like The Office into the management issues we discuss. He grades very fairly and is very flexible about groups and assignments. Great class! ‪#‎tcf2016‬
