great class, but alot of work, but i enjoyed it and think most of the class did too. easy to get a A/A- if you just do your work. the people that got B's just never came to class or turned in there work tbh, so if you do all your stuff, you get an A/A-.

If this is your first class with Chen Laoshi it might take some getting used to, but she is very nice and very helpful. If you try hard in the class, she appreciates that and will reward you for it, I'd recommend taking it with her.

Easy A. It's fun to go to class, because the professor is funny and engaging. But you won't learn anything. You will do well if you just turn your assignments in, but you won't improve your Chinese.
