Fairly hands off / "on your own" teaching style in this class. Very few grades or assignments to turn in for this class at all (I would bet most people's entire course grade was just their dutch knockout final exam).

Toshi was great. Sometimes he is hard to understand, but he writes everything on the board that you need to know. Tests were fine and he does dutch knockout. The few times I went to discussion it was very helpful, but it was optional on Friday late afternoon and hard to get myself to go. #tcf2016
Best professor for this course. It's hard because sometime you cannot understand what he is saying (heavy Japanese accent), but he writes everything on the board. You got to go to class. It's the only way to do well in this course. Final is dutch knock out.
Mukoyama is an absolute legend. Go to class, take notes (he writes everything on the board), and you'll do fine. I'm sure he's the best 302 professor in the Economics Department.
Toshihiko is awesome! Hes got so much enthusiasm and clearly knows his stuff. Hes a great lecturer and his exams are directly off his notes.
This class is pretty easy. Dutch knockout style. Your final can be 90% of your grade. Just read his notes online and the book and you will be fine.
Jieran really made the class make sense, Toshi is a very simple lecturer and sometimes misses running through the fine points that really make the subject click. Overall an easy class though. If you mess up the midterm the weight is shifted to the final. Homeworks are graded on completion, not right or wrong.
Class is dutch knock out style. Easy A if you just read the material and can understand the graphs. Did not really go to class that much.
This class is aweful. I went by the reviews to find out that most students who do well are really smart kids who have done lot of econ courses. I would not recommend you this class unless you are a pro at economics and want to learn extra studd for no reason.
Quite an easy course. Weekly homework was graded on effort and was relatively easy. Mukoyama is very enthusiastic in class and explains the concepts clearly. TA was very accessible as well and knows his stuff.
