This class is easy enough. You barely have to pay attention in class because he posts all notes online. Work-wise the class is very low key, with four easy problem sets, two exams, and a final paper. My biggest complaint about this class is that the grading is extremely subjective. He takes points off on tests for things that he didn't ask for in the questions, and his grading of the final paper is extremely subjective and will basically make or break your grade. The material is reasonably interesting, but I don't think this class is worth your time if you're just looking for a GPA booster.

Sundberg is a great professor. He really knows his stuff and he delivers his material in a relaxed manner. The material of this course is overall quite interesting, while admittedly it can be dull at times as well. There are two written exams which are not difficult if you do the background readings and pay attention in class. One paper and a few homework assignments as well. Overall a fun and interesting class that is a refreshment amongst the biochems and orgos of the science major.
