Professor Grisham really likes chemistry. He tries to be funny and keep things interesting, but his lectures can get boring at times. He posts his slides to collab which is helpful. You definitely have to do practice problems to do well on his quizzes which are 15 mc questions and worth 15% of your grade. The mastering chemistry homework isn't too bad, but it does take time. You should definitely go to his lectures because he mentions small details or exceptions and tests on them.

Enthusiastic, but avoid him at all costs. He will trick you left and right. HW now three times a week est. spring 2011.

However, with that I will say this: you will learn more chemistry than your friends, but when they have A's and you have a C-, is sacrificing your GPA really worth it?

Grisham is very enthusiastic about chemistry. His tests, however, are very difficult. No matter how hard you study he always finds some way to trick you.

If you like chemistry, take Grisham. If you are just fulfilling a requirement take someone else. He's tough but you will learn the material really well
