Good teacher whose tests are very fair. Unfortunately, he has a habit of putting his entire class to sleep. So stay awake and you'll do well.

Very very dry lectures. Doesn't put powerpoints online like the other professors, which are what I used to pass the class. Literally only went to class the first day, and for the 5 quizzes during the semester and still did well. If you can do the webassign without help, you'll do fine on the quizzes and final.

Chemistry is not a fun nor easy class, so I wouldn't recommend taking it if you don't have to. But if you do, then take Gerrans, he's nice and approachable. He gives dropped quizzes and easier masteringchemistry hw than grisham. His tests are also more straighforward.

You don't need to go to class, like the guy below me said. He lectures straight out of the book and doesn't do that "chemistry in your world" bullshit that Grisham likes to pull. Quizzes aren't that tricky, just read the book and understand the concepts, not just how to do the math part of the problems. I would recommend going to his class the last week because he goes over organic chemistry a bit and it's a hassle to read the book for that. Otherwise he's a pretty chill guy and the final is pretty easy.

Just read the textbook and understand the mastering chemistry homeworks and you'll do well. I went to class exactly 1 time and got an A

Hard dude, terrible lectures- as i read previously basically consists of writing down as fast as possible while listening and staying awake (9am). Read prior to class and after class, study days in advance for tests and you'll be fine, tests are mad tricky though. cool guy otherwise.
