Kuan Liu was not conducive to a successful economics semester. He is very difficult to understand and does not enjoy questions, no matter what he may say. He also will b.s. an answer if he doesn't have one, which led my entire section to believe that something wasn't going to be on the exam when it actually was. It is still very possible to do well with this TA, but I would advise you to look elsewhere.
