LOVE LOVE LOVE! such an amazing and accommodating prof, please take spanish with her if u can!! I actually took this class over the summer and she made it so easy and actually enjoyable! she is so sweet and actually cares about her students learning spanish and having fun. I wish I took span 2010 with her also, but I really enjoyed my time in her class! definitely recommend her to anyone, especially if you're just taking spanish for the requirement and want an easy A.

I love Señora Monteros-Freeman! She took the first semester of fully online classes amazing, and always felt the urge to make sure she as accommodating for all of her students. Some days were tough when we were experiencing zoom fatigue, but she was so understanding and let us have a few easier days of lecture and review so that we wouldn't be burnt out from work. Absolutely loved taking my last Spanish class with her as my professor

Absolutely amazing professor. If you have to take SPAN 2020, take. it. with. her. She is the sweetest professor and really enjoys talking to ALL of her students. With classes being online, she still goes out of her way to get to know all her students whether its talking about your weekend or whatever. It just shows that she really cares about her students. She also makes the class painless and actually enjoyable. I hadn't taken spanish for 3 years and placed into Span 2020 so I was very nervous about jumping into this course and I pulled out an A with her.

She is a great prof!! Highly recommend. She is super understanding and helpful. If you are confused on a tricky subject in her course she will supplement with extra explanations all the time. She genuinely cares about her students and I feel like I learned a lot while not being stressed too much.
