Really great class, especially for a Politics seminar. Though it's PT, it's very heavily focused on literature and fiction surrounding slavery -- almost felt like an English course at times. Prof. Balfour is very intelligent and passionate about the subject matter -- she's inspiring! 3 papers total, one discussion post a week on Collab. Workload bad at all, especially considering the life, voices, and stories in the readings.
