Highly recommend taking this class if you need language fulfillment or if you just want to learn some Italian. Professor Stella is a great professor and she is always willing to answer questions. Although the homework was tedious, exams were straight-forward. The class is synchronous and there are a few odd days where we listen to a speaker from the library to assist us in the final project (which is a lot easier than expected). There are several key components you need to complete like a handful of Collab discussions (make sure to check this every day because they're kind of sporadic) and attending a cultural event. Stella is good at updating her students on cultural events and sending reminders for certain assignments. I will be taking her Intermediate course and I'm excited to have her as a professor again!
