Very difficult problem sets, but it's worth it in the end because you get the A for all the work you did. His lectures are somewhat boring, but he does his best to keep you involved. Use the TAs to get help on the problem sets - they're very useful.

A very time consuming class as an intro level. But I enjoy it a lot. Wes is absolutely an outstanding professor, patient, knowledgeable, entertaining, and everything that could make him a great man. I'd say he is the best professor I've ever had. I recommend taking this class if Wes is teaching, but be prepared for a large amount of work outside class.
