Cettei is a great person. He's a funny guy and knows his stuff. The class is very easy. Do your homework, show up to class, and do your project, and you'll get an A. His final is optional and the project is fun.

This class was pretty easy. The final project was just making a webpage on a topic of your choice. Professor Cettei is really chill. :)

Beware of this class. Though the lecture and material might seem easy, the midterms and finals do not reflect it. Although the professor tried to explain things and actually teach, he was not through and was very hard to understand. Final and midterm killed my grade.

Professor Cettei is amusing. if you go to class you dont have to do the reading and you pick up 10 points (10% of your grade) of "quizzes" which is just group work or having actually been to class. theres a final project worth 15% that is making your own webpage which is pretty cool. homeworks are really easy, tests even easier.

Mr. Matt Cettei is one of a kind. The class is so interesting, it would make you want to major in CS. As long as you read/review the powerpoints, take notes in class, and practice whenever you can, you would do well in the class...and most likely get an A

I took this class because I wanted something easy that wouldn't be too time consuming. That's exactly what I got. The class is boaring, but probably one of the easiest ones at UVA. Don't take it if you want to learn something.

Cettei is a very kind individual but he has difficulty teaching some concepts to students. Sometimes he would just say, "Look at the slides later. They will make sense." That being said, the class was a joke. Most of the homeworks (as in all but the first one) took less than an hour. Two of the homeworks in particular took 3-4 minutes, each. The Midterm and Final were very easy if you went to class. Again, Cettei is extremely nice, but I would not call him an effective teacher. If this class were difficult, this shortcoming might have actually mattered.
