This class is a good intro to the non-coding side of technology. There is a bit of Python at the end for the coding side of things. Prof Leeson is pretty good at teaching, though the Python part was kinda fast and unclear. His tests were easy and you can use a page of notes, which I was able to squeeze everything in and breeze through.
