Probably the best class I took in the Comm school. Cross is amazing and seriously wants every single person to get an A. His work is honestly so fascinating and he shows examples from big companies like GE that he has worked with. The program is honestly fascinating. Take this class. #tcf2016

This was one of the most enjoyable classes I have taken in the Comm School. If you do not know Prof. Cross from ICE, he is the man. You should just take this class to get to know him. As for the class, its incredibly easy and interesting. The only work outside of class is two group projects (neither very difficult) and 1 final take home exam that takes around 3 hours to do (which Cross calls a "Final Quiz"). Although the material gets a bit dry at times during lectures, Cross always livens it up with hands-on activities. Did I mention he brings cookies every class? Lastly, the skills you learn in this class are extremely applicable in the real world. Learning how to assess an organization's network and how to improve information flow and efficiency is a unique skill that will make you stand out amongst your peers. If this is your kind of thing, take the class.

Excellent class. Professor Cross' teaching style makes this class both easy and fun.
