Didn't like. Unfair grader at the end of the year

She prepares well for lectures, but her grading is unreasonable. She picks favorites and tells you one thing is on the exam when it isn't. Grade is completely made up of exams, so if you screw up, too bad.

I like the class a lot. The homework are not graded, there are around 4 cases that are due. Other than that, just listen in class, review periodically and you will be fine.

Schenone is the best of the bunch for the 372 professors. Solid teacher, get her if you can.

Enjoyable teacher. Tests can be somewhat difficult, but they usually have a curve.

She has a PhD in Economics so the class is more theoretical and abstract than you would expect in corporate finance. She is on the easier side though.

Pretty easy class. Tests aren't hard if you study the lectures. You get a cheat sheet on quizzes and tests. Quizzes are a lot harder so don't blow those off.

Homework is optional, but it's really helpful. Exams are tough, but she curves really well to compensate.

Don't need to purchase text book. Exams are easy and based solely on lecture and the practice questions she gives you. Class was not useful. She teaches it like an ECON class. It was pretty painful to sit through, but easy.
