Pentz is the best of the communication professors and is super passionate about her students and job. I learned so much from her and enjoyed working with her. She always kept class fun and interactive and did a great job of explaining how to communicate the other aspects of ICE. Sometimes should would stress me out with what she was asking of us, but we always ended up getting it done and proving how much we could do. Pentz taught me lots of things my friends in other blocks never learned. The Hershey case in the spring is also to die for!
