Pentz is the team leader for blocks 3 and 4 and she is one of the biggest blessings. Since she is a communication professor she really pulls the whole ICE program together for these blocks. She makes class really fun but you need to be willing to put yourself out there. Do not undervalue the importance of communication in ICE. Get ready for a drama and english class all in one. If you want fun activities that other blocks do not do and more time making friends with your blockmats then pick blocks 3&4 bcause Pentz makes sure everyone is friends and has fun while learning. The Hershey case she does in the spring will be one of the most things you will do while at UVA and it's soemthing only 3&4 do.

Blocks 7/8 was decent this year. Pentz is cool and energetic at first, but soon becomes just annoying. Morris is the man. Knippen had no idea was she was doing. A necessary evil, so endure it for a semester and repress the memories later.

Pentz is an AMAZING professor. She has so much energy and truly loves what she does. Gray and Marcel are a great team but you definitely need to make sure to participate!!!!

You have to work hard, but you really learn a lot. Pentz is great! Get to know her and she will help you out a lot with anything you need.
