Great professor. Really funny

Atchinson is pretty boring but he tries to be funny and make the class interesting. Just read the book, take good notes on vocab words and memorize and you'll be fine

Easy class. Have to take it for comm school.

Simple class as long as you keep up with the readings in the book. Takes attendance so show up for class.

Just memorize bold terms, easy A

Everything on the tests are straight from the book. Make sure you go to class and do the readings

Requires reading, especially prior to the exams, because the exams focus on specific definitions. Not too hard of a class, but because it can be commonsense based at times some students might underestimate tests and get a grade slightly lower then they anticipate. Study a little bit before tests and you'll wind up with an A/A- or B+. There really is no excuse to get anything less than a B+ in this class.

Very easy class, Atchison is a good professor, enthusiastic and sometimes funny.

This class was easy, but THE WORST class I have taken at UVa. Atchison is terribly boring and going to class is useless.

Atchison is great, and particularly a good speaker.
