Prof. Bonilla is a very enthusiastic teacher! She encourages discussion, but it makes it easy to participate (i.e. participation also includes posting on the class website - you can post videos, articles etc). Also class materials were pretty manageable and the class wasn't hard.

This class is 2.5 hours long once a week but besides that, it's a pretty interesting and easy class. The assigned reading wasn't difficult to get through and the small summary you have to submit once a week takes 20 minutes at the most. Professor Bonilla really wants her students to succeed and offers tons of extra credit opportunities. She is very helpful in office hours too!

Easy class, TONS OF EXTRA CREDIT!!!! readings can get a bit dense and final/midterm papers are a little tricky but her office hours are super helpful and there is a lot of extra credit to help you. class meets once a week for 2.5 hours which can get a bit tough and attendance/participation are mandatory so be sure to do the readings and the weekly posts. overall worthwhile and interesting, with lots of extra credit :)
